Lefcasa owns and administrates a wide range of plots all over the island in order to satisfy all kind of tastes and needs. After an initial briefing we will research and meet the individual needs of our client.

Step 2: LEGAL, NOTARY AND TAX COVERAGE

Once the client has selected the plot, our legal team will ease the buying process and ensure the protection of clients interests in the transaction.

 

Step 3: ARCHITECTUAL CONCEPTION, COST ESTIMATING AND DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Our architects will design bespoke solutions according to the clients requirements and preferences, including costs estimation. Our specialists can deliver tailor made furniture upon request or help the client to find the suitable finishes and equipment. At this stage the architectural design of the project is developed and defined in detail sufficient to illustrate via plans, sections, elevations and 3D renderings the overall form of the project.

 

Step 4: CONSTRUCTION AND SUPERVISING

In collaboration with specialized contractors Lefcasa team will supervise the whole project at every stage in order to guarantee the perfect execution of the work.

 

Step 5: INSPECTION AND TURN KEY DELIVERY

After inspecting the villa, Lefcasa welcomes you to your new house.
